Pre Order Policy

Products marked as Preorder are products that are not currently available for immediate dispatch and may be ordered, imported or allocated based on confirmed customer orders.

Any release dates, arrival dates, dispatch dates or delivery dates displayed on our website or communicated by Vitika Imports are estimates only, unless expressly confirmed in writing as a guaranteed delivery date.

The estimated preorder fulfilment or dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page. These timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside of our direct control, including supplier delays, international shipping, customs inspections and clearance, courier delays or changes to manufacturer release dates.

Preorder Cancellations

Once a preorder has been placed and paid for, stock may be specifically committed, purchased or imported based on that confirmed order.

Should a customer choose to cancel a preorder before fulfilment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply, subject to applicable South African consumer law. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer using the applicable refund method.

The cancellation fee is intended to reasonably account for costs and commitments associated with processing, securing, importing and subsequently reallocating cancelled preorder stock.

The 20% cancellation fee will not be applied where the customer is legally entitled to a full refund, including where Vitika Imports is unable to fulfil the order or where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Preorder Timeframes

Our 14-day return policy is separate from preorder fulfilment and cancellation. The 14-day return period begins only once the customer has received their item and does not constitute a 14-day preorder delivery or fulfilment guarantee.

If you require a preorder product by a specific date, please contact Vitika Imports before placing your order. Unless expressly confirmed by us as a guaranteed delivery date, estimated arrival, fulfilment or dispatch dates should not be relied upon for time-sensitive purchases.

By purchasing a product clearly marked as a Preorder, the customer acknowledges the applicable estimated timeframe and these preorder terms.
